Toni Giebel

Toni Giebel brings more than 20 years of coaching experience to FVP’s 12U Boys program. Originally from Stevens Point and now living in Kaukauna, Toni has been around volleyball for most of her life.

She played high school, club, and collegiate volleyball as a setter, competing at UW-Stevens Point, where she ranks 8th in single-season set assists and 6th in career set assists in program history.

Toni’s coaching experience includes Wisconsin Ice VBC, Milwaukee Sting VBC, Wisconsin Volleyball Academy VBC, Pacelli High School, West Bend East High School, and Appleton North High School.

What Toni enjoys most about coaching is watching athletes grow throughout a season, from mastering new skills to gaining confidence. Her philosophy centers on creating a positive environment where players develop strong fundamentals, learn from mistakes, and have fun competing.

Outside of volleyball, Toni is a middle school curriculum coordinator and student advisor for a virtual academy. She and her husband Mark, who is assistant coach for the 12U Boys team, have two children, Jack and Cayman. Their family enjoys volleyball, pickleball, and cheering on the Brewers and Packers.
