Our Founder

Thank You, Jeff Justice

For more than 30 years, Jeff Justice has been an incredible part of the volleyball community in the Fox Valley area. His passion for the sport, commitment to young athletes, and willingness to share his knowledge have made a lasting impact on countless individuals and families throughout the years.

Jeff has coached athletes of all ages and levels through club volleyball, high school programs, camps, and clinics. His influence has reached both the boys’ and girls’ sides of the sport, helping athletes not only develop their volleyball skills, but also learn the importance of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and confidence.

More than 12 years ago, Jeff took his passion and vision for the sport a step further by founding FVP Volleyball Club. Under his leadership, FVP became a place where young athletes could grow, compete, and develop their love for volleyball. In 2024, Jeff retired from owning the club and serving as its director, passing the torch while leaving behind a tremendous legacy.

Although he has stepped away from ownership and leadership, Jeff’s dedication to volleyball continues. We are incredibly grateful that he remains an active coach with FVP, working with some of our younger boys’ teams and continuing to share his experience and passion with the next generation.

Jeff, thank you for more than three decades of dedication to volleyball and, most importantly, to the young athletes you have coached, mentored, and encouraged along the way. Your impact reaches far beyond the court. The countless athletes whose lives you have touched are a testament to the difference you have made in our volleyball community.

Thank you, Jeff, for everything you have given to the sport, to FVP, and to the young people who have had the privilege of learning from you. Your legacy will continue through the athletes, coaches, and families you have inspired for years to come.

"Throughout the summer months and heading into fall, FVP has put together some incredible camps and clinics for youth volleyball players. My 13 year old son joined the skills camps this summer and is currently participating in the middle school all skills clinics that help players prepare for team tryouts. As I watch these camps and clinics it is really something to see how well Coach Jeff, Coach Jason and the rest of the coaches garner the players attention and keep them all focused on their skill development and communication. The coaches' passion for the game and their desire to help the players is evident at every session.
