Girls

At Fox Valley Performance Volleyball (FVP), we provide girls of all skill levels a supportive, challenging, and fun environment to grow as athletes and teammates. Whether your daughter is just starting out or aiming for college-level competition, FVP’s programs are designed to improve skills, build confidence, and nurture a lifelong love of the game.

Teams & Levels

FVP offers competitive girls teams for multiple age groups:

• 12U, 13U, 14U, 15U, 16U, 17U, 18U – each team focuses on age-appropriate skill development and competitive play.
• 10–12 players per team
• Regional teams season runs November–March
• Girls National teams run November–June (Nationals TBD)
• Regional teams will be kept within the state and as local as possible
• National teams will travel out of state as well as in state
• Teams are structured by both age and experience, ensuring players train and compete at the right level.

Practice Schedule

Our practices emphasize fundamentals, strategy, and teamwork:

• Indoor Practices: Two times per week, typically on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Champion Center. Exact practice days and times vary by team and age group, ensuring a balance with school and other commitments.
• Tournament Play: Teams compete in local, regional, and national tournaments during the season (December–March).

• Regional 12U & 13U: $1,850
• Regional 14U and Up: $2,200
• National 15U and Up: $3,300
