bio
Jeff Justice brings more than four decades of volleyball coaching, teaching, and player development experience to Fox Valley Performance Volleyball. His coaching career began in 1982 and has included athletes at nearly every level, from middle school and summer programs to high school, college, and club volleyball.
Jeff has served as a girls’ varsity head coach at Green Bay East and Kaukauna High School, head volleyball coach at Marian College, and assistant boys’ varsity coach at Kaukauna High School. His extensive club experience includes coaching with FC Elite, Wisconsin Volleyball Academy, and FVP, working with both boys’ and girls’ teams across multiple age groups. He has also spent decades leading camps, small-group instruction, private lessons, and summer volleyball programs.
In 2013, Jeff founded Fox Valley Performance Volleyball with a focus on helping young athletes develop their skills and grow their love of the game. What began as a player-development organization has grown into the FVP program athletes and families know today. Although Jeff stepped away from his role as club director in 2024, he remains an important part of FVP and continues to coach and develop younger athletes.
Jeff’s passion for coaching is rooted in a career devoted to teaching. He spent 28 years as a Health and Physical Education teacher with Green Bay Public Schools and more than 20 years teaching future educators at UW-Green Bay. After more than 40 years around the game, Jeff continues to do what has driven his career from the beginning: teach, coach, and help young athletes become better players and teammates.
